What This Site Is For

This pre-launch site exists to build community around upcoming 500 Lines Media projects — starting with Odin Punked, a mythpunk graphic novel. Here you can sign up for launch updates, behind-the-scenes news, and optional pre-launch perks such as our limited sketchbook reward. This is a pre-launch campaign, not the final retail storefront for the completed graphic novel.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase or enter into these Terms. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Mailing List & Communications

When you join our pre-launch list, you agree to receive email updates about Odin Punked and other 500 Lines Media works you have opted in to hear about. We will not sell your email to third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Pre-Launch Offers & Perks

From time to time, we may offer exclusive pre-launch rewards — such as the limited Odin Punked: The Antecedents sketchbook — available only during the pre-launch period and subject to availability.

• Pre-launch perks are rewards for early supporters, not pre-orders of the finished graphic novel unless explicitly stated.
• Limited items (for example, numbered or stamped editions) are available while supplies last. Quantities may be capped.
• Descriptions, artwork previews, and perk details on this site are subject to change as the project develops. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver what was advertised.
• Estimated fulfillment timelines will be communicated by email. Pre-launch production schedules may shift as creative work progresses.

Payments

Pre-launch purchases (currently $4.99 for the sketchbook perk) are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
• We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• You are responsible for any taxes, shipping, or duties that may apply when physical perks are fulfilled, if applicable.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because pre-launch perks are limited-run supporter rewards tied to a creative project in development, all sales are generally final once payment is completed. If we cancel a perk entirely due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a full refund or a comparable alternative. If you believe there was an error with your order, contact us at legal@500linesmedia.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including Odin Punked artwork, logos, text, character designs, and promotional materials — is owned by 500 Lines Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing of our official pre-launch links and share assets we provide.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information.
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, security, or payment processing.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse email addresses or user data from this site.
• Impersonate 500 Lines Media or misrepresent your affiliation with our projects.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all pre-launch content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site, specific launch dates for Odin Punked or other works, or that preview materials will match the final published product in every detail. Creative projects evolve — that is part of the journey you are supporting.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 500 Lines Media and its officers, creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the pre-launch. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of this site or a pre-launch purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 500 Lines Media from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of this site.

Third-Party Links & Services

This site may link to third-party platforms (such as social media or Stripe). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the pre-launch evolves or as legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which 500 Lines Media LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
